PATIENT NOTICE 13 February 2013
Ordering repeat prescriptions online has now moved to Patient Access.
IF YOU ARE REGISTERED FOR PATIENT ACCESS ONLINE SERVICES (i.e. FOR APPOINTMENT BOOKING) YOU NEED TO DO NOTHING.

Please collect a Registration Form from Reception if you are NOT already signed up to use Patient Access. This will register you for online ordering of prescriptions and also appointments.

Please note: You must sign up first with the surgery to use the online appointment booking & repeat prescription ordering service.
Appointments with the Nurse and Healthcare Assistant are NOT available to book on-line.  Please ring the Surgery to book an appointment with the Nurse or Healthcare Assistant.
